At a Google Partner agency, I owned the creative strategy behind the numbers — building hooks, testing ad angles with media buyers, and tightening funnels until they performed. That work drove 160,000+ targeted clicks and €20,000+ in revenue in a two-month sprint.

As ESC Operational Lead in Latvia, I spend more time on project management and design than paperwork — aligning teams, shaping visual deliverables, and keeping cross-border work on track. And when a brief calls for more than slides and spreadsheets, I build the tool myself — apps, automations, whatever the workflow is missing — and ship it in React, TypeScript, and Tauri.
